Shipping Policy

  • We use the following carriers for our shipping:

1. Canada Post

2. Purolator

  • Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 4- 8 business days after shipping depending on your location. Please note that orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided via email when the label is created. Items will then be shipped after the shipping label is created.
  • Please note that shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and during special 'Sale' events due to the large number of orders.

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not yet received it, you must contact your local Postal Agency.
  • Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to your local postal agency.

Shipping Rates

  • The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.
  • Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the shipping cost will be, and you will have the option not to place the order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

  • If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost for the second shipment.

Returns

  • All sales of purchased goods are final.
